On Mountain provides quality outdoor gear that is built to last. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we allow for a 30 day no questions asked return or exchange for purchases made on onmountain.co.nz (limitations apply). See below for our detailed return and exchange policies.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have ordered from us online here at onmountain.co.nz and find the item(s) do not fit, we will happily exchange the size (subject to availability) or refund the purchase price of the product via your original payment method.
For purchases made on the Airpoints Store we unfortunately do not offer refunds. An exchange may be considered dependent on stock availability, however this cannot be guaranteed.
For purchases made on TradeMe we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Your goods must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and all original packaging.
For exchanges you are responsible for covering the cost of delivering the item(s) back to us, we also ask that our international customers cover any additional cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. However, for Local New Zealand customers only we will pay the cost of delivering the exchanged item back to you for your first exchange. Any further exchanges after this point must have the delivery costs covered by you (New Zealand and International).
Please note we do not allow return or exchange on RX Prescription Vuarnet Sunglasses, beanies, compression-wear and base-layers, socks, wetsuit products, or swimwear. We also do not allow returns on any Dermatone products (These products are still covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act/Fair Trading Act).
We do not allow returns on sale or clearance items, all sale or clearance items are full and final.

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we will offer to repair, replace or refund your product for any fault or defect of the product. This guarantee is applicable for the fair and reasonable life of the product. Depending on the severity of the fault or defect we reserve the right to decide whether a repair, replacement or refund is suitable.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To return or refund an item purchased on onmountain.co.nz please contact us at 'hi@onmountain.co.nz' with the purchase date and proof of purchase. If you are exchanging an item please also include the size and colour of the exchange item you want (subject to stock availability).
To inquire about an exchange made on the Airpoints Store please contact the Airpoints Store Help Team. Again unfortunately we do not offer refunds for products purchased on the Airpoints Store.
Please print out a copy of the email to us regarding the return or exchange and place it inside your package.
Package your item(s) carefully and return to the below address. Please note, we are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the delivery process and therefore highly suggest using a tracked delivery method.
